Cougar Kids
October 2009
What a wonderful time we had at Open House. Thank you all for attending. The Cougar Kid class thanks all the families who donated books to our class; books are treasures in our classroom, so thank you again.
We hope you all have had time to look over the packet and see what exciting activities and projects we have planned for your child. Please feel free to join us at anytime for activities, projects and field trips. Also, if you have talents and skills that you would like to share with the class please let Keoki know so that we can set up a time for you. If you have any questions please feel free to ask Keoki.
The past month has been a learning experience. It has been great watching the students enjoying pickle ball and learning quickly how to play. We have focused on teamwork and safety and will continue to focus on this for the rest of the school. We will begin the normal curriculum on the first full week of October when we will be done with our pickle ball tournament.
Remember this upcoming month the students have no public school on November 9th so we will be opened all day. Information for this day and for conference week the last week of October will be coming soon.
We again appreciate the opportunity to teach and learn from your children.
